Q: I am having trouble logging in to view my project. What do I do?
A: Click on the login tab at the top of the screen. Enter the user name and password issued to you from BPG Project Management Services. Remember, the user name and ID are case sensitive, so enter the information exactly as it was supplied to you by BPG. If you are still having trouble, please contact BPG Customer Support at 310-356-4840.

Q: When I review the pictures on this site, I only see ten or fifteen. Aren't you supposed to be documenting more than this?
A: Absolutely. We document more than what you see, MUCH more! This is simply a representative sampling that enables you to view a quick look at the project' s stage of completion. Each phase can have several hundred pictures per unit, per phase.

Q: I don't see photos of certain phases of my project, where are the pictures?
A: If the pictures are not shown on the web site, then the project is not at that phase of construction, or is not at the right pint to document that particular phase. We work closely with the General Contractor to schedule the appropriate time to ensure that we document all of the critical points of the construction process.

Q: The Key Documents section is helpful, but is it secure? I don't want anybody else to get a hold of them.
A: Yes, BPG ProjectView is secure. The only people outside of Builder Protection Group who can view this information is you and whomever your choose to share your user name and password information with. We suggest you guard it closely.

Q: I have lost my user name and password. How do I get a new one?
A: For security purposes, we will not issue and user name or password information over the phone. We will re-send the information to the e-mail of record.
